The Commissioner: 1 of 1 Hand-Painted Commission + Grand Slam Box

For five years, I’ve said no to nearly every commission request that’s come my way. I stepped away from fine-art painting more than a decade ago, and I haven’t picked up the  brushes since. This is the first time I’m opening that door again.

This tier is for one collector. Just one. It brings together two parts of this project: a painting made entirely by hand, and a sealed box of prints pulled straight from my personal shelves — the same archive I’ve kept since week one.

A One-of-One Painting

Whoever secures this tier gets to choose any Pop Fly piece released to date. I’ll create a fully hand-painted version of that piece. There won’t be another one. No alternates, no second versions, no “painted variants.”

This will be the only time I ever paint that Pop Fly. Not just a one-of-one in execution, the subject itself will never be painted again in any future offering.

Delivery will be no later than June 2026. It needs a long runway — time to be done well and not rushed.

The Grand Slam Box

This offering starts with the immediate delivery of a Grand Slam Box. Inside are fifteen original Pop Fly prints from my own archive:

• One Season One print — the earliest era, and the pieces I held onto the least.

• One autographed print — signed by the athlete from past collaborations.

• Thirteen additional originals — spanning Seasons One through Twelve.
  

These are not reprints or variants. These are the exact prints I kept from their original release weeks. In the beginning, I saved almost nothing — I didn’t know what Pop Fly would become — so some early pieces are incredibly limited, even for me.
Opening the vault took a lot of thought.

Who This Is For

This tier is meant for someone who sees the long arc of this whole project. Someone who understands the story behind these early pieces. Someone who values the idea of a single painting , the only one that will ever exist , and what it means to let these archive prints out into the world after years on my shelves.
